I’ve just come across a podcast which I really like. It is called A Slight Change of Plans by Maya Shankar. It has great content and is easy to listen to. I recommend the episode on how to be okay with quitting as a starting point.

Brene Brown also has good podcasts. Here is one about trust that I particularly liked.

I also listen to the Feeling Good podcast by David Burns. I don’t agree with everything I hear in the podcast, but overall, the ideas are solid and it can be very moving as well as funny at times. Here are some episodes I especially liked. David Burns has a full list of all the episodes here.
