The burden of judgment.

The brain likes to judge. It is a self-protective reflex. But judgment holds poison. We judge ourselves and poison ourselves with shame. We judge others and poison ourselves with anger. I wrote this to show you how to start on the path of non-judgment.

Releasing sadness.

Sadness is almost always healthy, but it still hurts. There is a way to engage with sadness which will help it move on in a healthy way.

Blame vs accountability.

The brain likes to self-protect. It often defaults to blame as a strategy, which has negative side effects. Accountability is the healthier approach.
